Engagement with Attendees Your brand or organization agrees to use the EventLatics platform to engage only with individuals who are at least 18 years old, ensuring compliance with legal age restrictions for consent.

Content Ownership Content created and shared by your brand or organization through the EventLatics platform, including multimedia information, promotional materials, and engagement activities, is owned by your brand or organization. You grant EventLatics a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content solely to provide and improve the EventLatics services.

Your brand or organization is solely responsible for the content shared through the EventLatics platform. You agree that the content will not violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws.

Your brand or organization agrees not to:

• Use the services for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.
• Share any content that is misleading, harmful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Engage in any activity that harms or exploits minors.

The EventLatics name, logo, and all related names, logos, products and service names are trademarks of Connect Ions Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and may not be used without permission.

Connect Ions Technologies Pvt. Ltd. may terminate your access to the EventLatics platform if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that may harm EventLatics or its users.

EventLatics is provided "as is" and Connect Ions Technologies Pvt. Ltd. expressly disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event will Connect Ions Technologies Pvt. Ltd. be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use of the EventLatics platform.
